Mr. Jean Klinkhamer:
President & Director of Training Jean (pronounced like 'Shawn') founded Real Horizons with a passion for delivering local market and effective training. He specializes in foreclosures, lease-options, and managing real estate rental investment portfolios. He buys and sells forclosures through Mission Vista Properties, Inc. Jean and his wife, Mindy, live in Gilbert with their 2 children, like to wakeboard, and are active volunteers with Young Lives (www.azyounglives.org), a group that helps teen moms.

Mr. Brent Simpson:
Brent owns 20+ investment properties himself and is and expert at creating cash flow and using property management for maximum profit and minimum hassle. He lives in Tempe, plays the drums like "Animal" from the Muppets Show, and has impacted teenagers through volunteering in Young Life (www.younglife.org).

Vice President & Director of Full Service with a background in finance, John excels at designing rental portfolios specific to each investor's goals. John buys and sells foreclosure properties through Perea Holdings, LLC and invests in teenage lives through Young Life.

Mr.Sam Kendrick:
Sam, our full service Realtor always finds great rental properties in the east valley.
He has been in real estate as both a Realtor and an investor since 2002.
He and his wife, Shaleen, had their first child (Kaden) in November 2006.
He enjoys basketball and golf when he’s not slaving away on his wife’s “honey-do” list!
